The Mercie is a spectacularly elegant rolled bridle, that has been designed with the utmost attention to anatomic functionality for the comfort of the horse.

The standout features of the Mercie are the plush padded noseband which is flatteringly thicker in the middle of the nose and tapers up as it reaches the bit, and the clean lines of the bridle which has buckles on the headpiece rather than the cheeks.

Handcrafted from premium rolled leather, the bridle features gel-padding under the anatomic monocrown headpiece and under the noseband.

This bridle is a classic matte leather (non-patent) and features a stylish thin silver browband, and top quality stainless steel buckles.

Careful attention to design detail has gone into the Mercie to produce a rolled dressage bridle that is top of the range in terms of quality and comfort.

Reins Sizing Chart:

Standard Bridle Sizing Chart:

Browband: Measured from the end of each loop, straight across. Even if the style is curved. Standard browband loops are approximately 3cm wide.

Noseband: Measured as a circumference.

Headpiece: Measure from bit, to bit, over the top of the horse's head.

Bitless Bridle Sizing Chart:

Headpiece: Measure from ring to ring (where reins attach), over the top of the horse's head.

Noseband: Measured as inner circumference.

Throat lash: Measured from where the strap attaches to the cheek piece on each size.

Browband: Measured from the end of each loop, straight across. Even if the style is curved. Standard browband loops are approximately 3cm wide.

How do you measure your breastplate?

The measurements below are from the middle hole, with 2-3 holes on either side. They are also measured to the end of each loop. It is recommended you use chalk to jot out the shape of your breastplate prior to measurement.
