The ‘Saphira’ is a luxe double bridle featuring dark silver piping on a glossy patent noseband. This bridle has a standout elegant ‘v’ shaped clear crystal browband, handcrafted from Austrian stellux crystals.

A monochromatic style, the Saphira will complement the colouring of any horse.

Like all Lumiere bridles, the Saphira has been designed anatomically and has a monocrown headpiece with plush gel padding over the poll. The headpiece has been designed with space for the ears, allowing freedom of movement and the utmost in comfort. Handcrafted from premium leather, the noseband of the Saphira is well padded with our signature gel which moulds comfortably to the horse’s face.

Saphira features an easy-change browband with stainless steel satin buttons, which match the quality stainless steel fittings on the bridle buckles.

This bridle is also available in a snaffle version. The browband is also available separately.

Reins Sizing Chart:

 

Standard Bridle Sizing Chart:

 

Browband: Measured from the end of each loop, straight across. Even if the style is curved. Standard browband loops are approximately 3cm wide.

Noseband: Measured as a circumference.

Headpiece: Measure from bit, to bit, over the top of the horse's head.

 

Bitless Bridle Sizing Chart:

Headpiece: Measure from ring to ring (where reins attach), over the top of the horse's head.

Noseband: Measured as inner circumference.

Throat lash: Measured from where the strap attaches to the cheek piece on each size.

Browband: Measured from the end of each loop, straight across. Even if the style is curved. Standard browband loops are approximately 3cm wide.

 

Breastplates

How do you measure your breastplate? 

The measurements below are from the middle hole, with 2-3 holes on either side. They are also measured to the end of each loop. It is recommended you use chalk to jot out the shape of your breastplate prior to measurement.
