"Took away a star due to the directions being totally backwards. I took about 45 minutes trying to figure it out, and then I Googled and found the product on Amazon, and someone mentioned how the directions were backwards, and they wrote the correct instructions. Thank God for that person. Other than that, works great. It does make a clanking noise when it's not in use, but that could be my poor build."
"Great idea but does not fit all headrests and the assembly instructions are inadequate. Think I can make it work if I buy longer screws to go around the headrest. Also no easy ability to shift it if car does not have a middle back seat headrest."

"The concept is excellent. The magnet that kept the arm from flapping when the item arrived was falling out. I glued it back in, being careful not to get any on the magnet. The magnet is not strong enough, and I hear clicking every time I drive my truck. I contacted this company, and the response was that it was the first time that they had heard of this and thanked me for contacting them. This is not excellent customer service at all."
