Introducing Team Rider, Amy Gotts-Wheeler - VIC Australia
Growing up on Sharvalley Estate, her family property in Victoria’s beautiful Gippsland region, Amy was riding before she could walk. Surrounded by a constant stream of horses – from breakers and racehorses to performance horses – Amy’s upbringing on the family property was instrumental in shaping her into the rider she is today.
An accomplished young eventing rider, Amy won the 2021 Tonimbuk International 2* and the 2019 Australian Interschool Championships National Champion 1*. Both successes were with Sharvalley Thunder, a homebred horse who was then sold to Andrew Cooper and long listed for the Paris Olympics.
Amy is now training her next young superstar, Sharvalley Wild Thing, who was the 2024 Eventing Dressage and Jumping with the Stars Champion of Champions, is just about to make his FEI debut and has had an incredibly successful career so far.
Amy has been an avid user of Lumiere gear for many years, and her favourite products are her Anka Breastplate and Delaney Bridle.
